Vote on Election Day

Tuesday, Nov 8, 2022

Don’t want to vote early? That’s okay. Just show up at your regular polling place on November 2 and cast your vote!

What will be on the ballot?

A referendum question giving you the opportunity to approve a Richmond casino will be the last question on the back of your ballot and will read:

Shall casino gaming be permitted at a casino gaming establishment in the City of Richmond, Virginia, at 2001 Walmsley Boulevard and 4700 Trenton Avenue, Richmond, Virginia 23234 as may be approved by the Virginia Lottery Board?

If you want ONE Casino + Resort to open in the city, please VOTE YES.

Only City Voters can vote on the casino!

To vote in the Richmond casino referendum, you must be a registered voter in the City of Richmond. Voters outside of the city will not have this question on their ballots.
